Kriss Law / Atlantic Holds Successful Complimentary CE Event with Bank of America

Newton, MA - Kriss Law/Atlantic Closing & Escrow continued its Complimentary Realtor Continuing Education series with an event at the Bank of America building in Boston. In conjunction with Joe Smith and his highly successful BOA lending team, Kriss Law/Atlantic's Mike Krone, Esq., discussed the current state of Foreclosures and Short Sales for a large and captivated group of Agents. As the topic is extremely relevant, the event attendees had many questions making the presentation very interactive.

Along with Joe and Mike, Arthur Coe from Bank of America's Short Sale Division joined the discussion adding a highly revealing look into what a bank considers when making a decision on a distressed loan.

Agents that attended the event were thrilled with the knowledge gained and thankful for an interesting and insightful way to earn their renewal credits.
